Quality Assurance Assistant Manager

Toy Company is seeking experienced quality assurance professional with organizational, leadership, and supervisory abilities to manage a QA team.  The assistant manager assists with the day-to-day operations of the QA department and ensures that the team is prepared to meet the testing demands.  The responsibilities include: working with executive, development, International and QA terms.  Allocate available resources so that QA teams are sufficiently staffed to test multiple products.  Follow the progress of each product.  Interview, test, hire, training QA personnel.  Track employee attendance and verify timesheets.  Requirements: Lead, supervisory, or managerial experience in a software QA environment. 2+ years in the game industry or software industry.  Strong oral and written communication skills.  Attention to detail.
