Member Services Representative - Cerritos, CA

Seeking Bilingual: (English / Spanish) Member Service Representatives with Medicare background for a Healthplan insurance company.  1-2 years with Customer Service experience.   The Member Service Representative assists plan members with their concerns or complaints and provides the necessary information and education to resolve concerns. Responsibilities include explaining the plan's procedures, protocols, benefits, services, and other necessary information to the members who telephone or visit the Member Services Department. Answering telephone calls from members within the department's goal timeframe. Make attempts to resolve all member disenrollment / cancellation requests, complaints / grievances. Assist members with their transportation needs. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm+overtime. Pay Rate $14-$15 an hour.  High School Diploma required. Must have a clean background. Temp-Hire.
